    I know AP classes mean Advanced Placement..but I don't really know what it is. Dual enrollment can be a good option for motivated students to get a head start on a college education. And I really have no idea what Dual Enrollment classes are. These courses are not as widely accepted as AP courses. Dual Enrollment classes have varying curricula and may be graded on an easier or tougher scale, while AP classes must meet a standard due to the cumulative exam at the end. The reason for this is because I am worried that colleges will not favor a Dual Enrollment course as being just as rigorous or as significant as an AP course.
