Sao Paulo Hasn’t Provided Viable Financing Plan for World Cup Stadium Yet

    Sao Paulo state hasn’t yet provided a viable financing plan for a stadium to host the 2014 World Cup soccer tournament and will need 33 months to execute the project, Brazilian Sports Minister Orlando Silva said.

    Sao Paulo is the only host city experiencing problems, he said in an interview in Comandatuba, northeastern Brazil.
