Rio de Janeiro will open today, March 3, the national tour of Zendesk University, an initiative for the Exchange of knowledge on the best customer service practices, promoted by Zendesk – the leader in supplying cloud-based software for customer service and call management. The project will bring together clients and companies in eight Brazilian cities during the month of March.
During the event in Rio, which will take place at the Windsor Excelsior Hotel, the participants will have the opportunity to watch the seminar “Best Customer Service Practices in a Constantly Changing Market”, as well as accompanying the case of 99 designs, the largest online graphic design marketplace in the world.
“This is na initiative with the purpose that partners and players from different markets can exchange experiences on how to conduct quality customer service, as well as getting to know the functionality o four tools and the ways they can help day-to-day decision making. Assertive customer service goes together with success in business”, says Marcio Arnecke, Marketing Director in Latin America for Zendesk.
Zendesk University is free, however, there are limited openings. Submissions can be made in through the website Eventioz/Eventbrite.
