INTERNATIONAL BANKS DISCUSS HOW COUNTRIES CAN DIVERSIFY THEIR ECONOMIES DURING THE BEYOND THE GAMES GLOBAL SUMMIT

Presidents and CEOs from banks such as Itaú, Credit Suisse and Citi Brazil will unite with the president of BNDES during the Beyond the Games Global Summit, August 4, at Fundação Getúlio Vargas. The event, a partnership between the Inter-American Development Bank and Rio Negócios, is part of the Casa Rio program, the most extensive business program ever conducted in the country.

The panel containing the banks will have as its focus the possibilities for Latin American countries to diversify their economies and contribute toward sustainable income and productivity growth. The panel will be preceded by a keynote address by Conrad Bird, Marketing Director at the UK Prime Minister’s Office and architect of the GREAT Britain campaign, who will speak on the impact the campaign had on attracting investments to the country.
