When you two are together, where is she and where are you? For example, if she comes over to your place but won’t sit on the couch next to you, that’s a sign of disinterest. On the other hand, sitting near you — especially if there are other options — is a sign that she’s interested. Where she locates herself relative to you is one of the clearest signs of attraction. If you’re not sure, sit next to her and see how she reacts.

In addition to documenting the signs that a woman was interested in a man, Moore’s study also recorded the signs that she wasn’t. If you approach a woman and she won’t make any eye contact with you while you’re trying to engage in polite small talk, she’s not interested. If she turns away from you, rolls her eyes, yawns, or starts talking to somebody else, not interested.

Still, a lot of men are clueless when it comes to decoding a girl’s actions. Luckily, you don’t need to be a psychology expert to find out if a girl has feelings for you.

I know, I know, the cliché is that when people have a crush we’re shy and blush a lot. That’s definitely the case too! But when a girl makes eye contact with you, it’s a great sign. She’s being upfront about wanting to connect with you. She’s looking into your eyes because she’s interested in you and she’s confident about it, which is awesome.

She wants know more about you. Even if she’s never been to your favorite club or cafe, she will drop by that place in hopes of spending more time with you. If you like her back, then this might be the perfect time to ask her out or buy her a drink. This is the oldest trick in the book.

    • Often times she will find reasons to make physical contact with you during the conversation, maybe a light touch on the arm or leg, a hug, or even playful rough-housing.
    • It’s like looking at the Picasso but you don’t know what the fuck you’re looking at.
    • Say that you’re all standing in a circle, and when someone else is talking, you two get eye contact.
    • Girl.
    • If she’s checking her phone or looking back at her friends, she’s probably trying to indicate that she’s not interested without having to explicitly say so.
    • She might be talking about “we” because in her head she is already thinking about the two of you as a couple.

She playfully hits me, is nervous when she’s around me, and it seems like she forgets what she wanted to tell me sometimes. When we’re out, she constantly tells me to feel her hand because it’s cold. I may be looking too much into this, but I want to make sure the signs I’m seeing are somewhat true before I make a move. There’s this girl in my art class that I like (I’m in 7th grade).

It’s a good sign, but not conclusive on its own. It might just be the way she does with everyone she likes, romantic AND platonic. You could try asking her if she’s ever been attracted to a girl. It’s a harmless question if she’s straight. And if she’s not or if she’s interested in you, you’ll notice on her reaction.

If she says no, you can change the conversation to something else. Be mindful of gentle, friendly teasing. When a girl likes you, she may tease you lightly about certain things you do or say. Ways of teasing include calling you out on a joke that actually wasn’t that funny, poking fun at something you’re wearing, or lightly telling you that you’re trying too hard. Notice if she smiles around you.

    Girl. Guy.

They literally think it’s a social no-no so this is the sort of subtle thing they’ll do to get your attention. This one’s probably gonna rock your world but it’s still very fucking true.

But I’m not sure of what she’s up to. She greets me whenever she sees me, but initially, her greetings weren’t always audible enough. I think it’s because I was not responding at first, but since I noticed and started responding, she’s been greeting loud and clear.
