I don't know about the VVA finances, but they do provide a great pick-up service that I have found very helpful. This year forward I will find another nonprofit since a pick-up appointment was made with no pick-up and no phone call was received. The next day I received a voice mail that the driver arrived at the scheduled pick-up area but there was nothing indicating it was for them. I make an appointment on line well ahead of time, and almost without exception, they don't arrive when they say they will & I have to call them & beg them to please pick up the donations.
