Finep launches public call for cooperation projects between Brazil and Norway

    The Financier of Studies and Projects (Finep) has launched a public call in order to implement the International Cooperation Agreement made with the Research Council of Norway (RCN) in November 2014. This selection has as its goal supporting projects elaborated through cooperation between Brazilian and Norwegian companies, through non-refundable resources. The results should promote learning and the tranfer of technology between compenies from the two countries.

    Finep will support Brazilian companies, while the Research Council will support Norwegian companies. Resources will be offered to develp technology focused on meeting the demands of the oil and gas industry within the following themes: Submarine Technology, Advanced Oil Recovery and Environmental Technologies. The selection process will be done in two stages, the first being qualifying and the second elimination.
