TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTIONS FOR CHALLENGES FACED BY OLYMPIC CITIES TO BE DISCUSSED DURING CASA RIO – SMART CITIES
Gilbert Felli, executive director for Olympic Games of the International Olympic Committee, and Perry McDonald, global executive of Analytics & Cognitive Computing da IBM Global, will be the keynote speakers of the Casa Rio Smart Cities conference, part of the most extensive business development program in the country, August 11 at Espaço Rio, Avenida Rodrigues Alves 303, Olympic Boulevard.
The event will also feature a panel on applying new urban management technologies in Olympic cities. The panel will feature representatives from London, which hosted two Olympics, Paris and Rome, candidates to host in 2024.
The second panel, formed by representatives from GE, Cisco and EMC, will focus on technological frontiers in urban management.
